The sites are small and their quality and substance depend on the creativity of the host. Some of them are really cute and offer forums where you can chat with the host and get to know him/her a little better.

On the whole I would say the most exciting things about this site are the prices. There is one last issue I would like to address and that is the issue of design. I just don`t understand it. You design a website for adult hosts, a place where voyeurs can lay their hat down and it ends up looking like a colorful version of a government website. Is that really what people want to see while searching for the model of their dreams? I don`t.
